Community Servicing

Our Work in Community Servicing

The Knights have six core areas of focus: Church, Community, Family, Council, Youth and Pro Life. Specific activities include support of local charities with time and money, visiting our veterans and sick, raising money for the intellectually and physically disabled, hosting blood drives, fish fries, pancake breakfasts and supporting “Right to Life” actions to mention a few.

In 2009 and 2010, our local council members donated over 5,000 hours of their time and collected over $5,000 dollars for our community charities and church activities.  Some of the charities we donate to include:

None of this would have been possible without the selfless effort of its members and none of this would have been possible without the continued support of our wives and families who also donate many hours of their own time working with us. It’s personally and spiritually rewarding to be a Knight in addition to the great camaraderie you share with your brother knights and parishioners.
